The journey of one offer

Follow one product from a shopper's counter-offer to the loading bay.

A price conversation that used to happen by email happens on the product page instead. Scroll and one impact driver goes from a shopper's own figure, into the request feed with the margin already worked out, back out with an answer, through checkout and onto a van. Answer it yourself to see what each answer keeps.

Shopper · Product page

A shopper names their own price.

Make an Offer sits on the product page beside Add to Cart. The form takes the figure the shopper had in mind and their contact details, and a Price Match form takes a competitor's link instead.

Best fit

Designed for stores where price conversations decide whether a shopper buys.

The app brings offer and price-match workflows into the product page, giving teams a structured way to handle negotiation without relying on phone calls, generic contact forms, or lost emails.

  • Competitive retail stores that need to respond to competitor pricing
  • High-consideration products where customers often ask for a better price
  • Margin-aware sales teams that want to accept, decline, or counter requests
  • Price-match workflows where customers submit competitor links
  • Stores that want negotiation without custom BigCommerce development
Workflow

Request, review, and respond from a managed negotiation flow.

Customers submit their offer or price-match request from the storefront. Staff review the request in the feed, then accept, decline, or counter with a checkout route when the offer is approved.

  • Request forms collect offer price, customer details, product context, and competitor URLs
  • Review happens in a central feed with request status and ownership
  • Respond with accept, decline, or counter-offer decisions
  • Send a second counter offer if the shopper comes back
  • Accepted offers send customers back to checkout, and the coupon is created before the offer is marked Accepted
  • Optional combined checkout lets a shopper buy several accepted offers in one cart
  • Optional cart offers: shoppers make one offer on everything in their cart from the cart page, off by default
  • Offers on products with priced variants are checked against the size or option the shopper picked
  • An email tells you when an accepted offer has actually been paid for
  • Feed export helps teams analyse offer and price-match performance

  • Expand any request to see the product image, SKU, the pricing sum, and the margin in money and percent with a green, amber, or red pill
  • A timeline per request shows each offer, counter, answer, when the checkout link was opened, and the purchase
  • Archive a request without declining it, and restore it later
  • Search the whole request history by name, email, product, SKU, or reference
  • Admin and management access to all requests, with round-robin assignment for sales reps
  • Export all offers and price matches
Shopper follow-up

Let shoppers check their offer and answer a counter without emailing you.

Every email to the shopper links to a status page for their offer. From there they can add an accepted offer to their cart, accept your counter offer, or reply once with a counter of their own.

  • Offer status page showing the product, the offered price, the status, and when it expires
  • Add to cart straight from the status page once an offer is accepted
  • Accept a counter offer, or reply with one counter of their own, which returns the request to Pending
  • One reminder email a day before an unused accepted or countered offer expires
  • Reminders go through the store's own email settings, like the other offer emails
