Our story

From building stores to building the apps they run on.

FreshClick started in 2014 building websites and ecommerce stores. Working on BigCommerce stores kept turning up the same gaps: shoppers who could not find products in large catalogues, trade buyers who needed a quote before they would order, and product pages that left questions unanswered. We built apps to fill them, starting with Search & Product Filter, and now build and support six.

Features start as merchant requests: Value Replacer came from stores with messy colour names, Quick Add by SKU from trade buyers ordering by part number. When the settings do not cover a store, we take on custom work.
