Docs / B2B Quotes
B2B Quotes
Turn your BigCommerce storefront into a quoting channel. Customers request a quote instead of adding to cart, your sales team prices it up, and the finished quote goes back by email as a branded PDF the customer can accept, sign or query online.
Features, pricing and a free trial: B2B Quotes for BigCommerce.
Overview
B2B Quotes adds two things to your store. On the storefront, an Add to Quote button sits alongside Add to Cart and opens a quote basket the customer fills and submits. In the app, your team works through those requests: adjust prices and quantities, add notes, and send the quote out for the customer to review.
Everything a quote touches is tracked in the app: the company it came from, the customer contact, the sales rep it was assigned to, every revision, and every status change.

Dashboard
Storefront Nothing. The Dashboard reports on your quoting activity.
The Dashboard is the first item in the sidebar and where your team starts the day. It opens on Needs you now, four tiles that are always live and ignore the date range:
- Waiting for a reply — new quotes nobody has answered, and how long the oldest has waited.
- Unread customer messages — chat messages from buyers.
- Expire in the next 7 days — quotes about to lapse, and their value.
- Change requests — buyer requests to change a sent quote.
Choose 7D, 30D, 90D or 12M to set the period for everything below the tiles. That part shows quoted value, won value, win rate and average quote against the previous period, a Quote activity chart, the Pipeline, your latest quotes, and an activity feed. It also breaks results down by team member, decline reason, where quotes come from, top customers, most quoted products and customer groups. New quote sits at the top right.
Won means Completed or Ordered. Figures cover quotes created in the period. The page also shows when your catalogue was last synced.
Quote Report
Storefront Nothing. It reports on your quotes.
Reporting in the sidebar opens the Quote Report. Pick a date range (or set From and To, up to 366 days), choose a Sales rep, then click Apply.
It shows quote totals, quoted value, won, conversion rate, quotes waiting on you (new and draft), quotes waiting on the buyer (sent and opened), average quote and cancelled. Below that are quotes over time, quotes by status, where quotes come from, decline reasons, a table of sales reps and top customers. Decline reasons fill in once online accept and decline is on.
Installation
Install the app
Storefront Injects the quote script into the channel you install on. Nothing shows until a theme is selected.
B2B Quotes can only be installed through the BigCommerce marketplace. Installing signs you in to your store and connects the app to it. Your first sync runs automatically as part of installation.
Select your theme
Storefront The Add to Quote button appears below Add to Cart on product pages.
The app detects your theme from its template name and injects the quote buttons in the right place. If your theme has been renamed or heavily customised, detection can fail and you will need to pick the theme yourself.
- Open Installation. It sits in the Settings group of the app sidebar.
- Choose your theme from the template list and save. The quote buttons appear on your storefront straight away.
- Blueprint stores only: follow the extra instructions shown on the page after selecting your Blueprint theme. Stencil stores need no manual work. The script is injected for you.
| Theme type | What happens |
|---|---|
| Stencil | The newer BigCommerce framework, and what almost every store uses. The script is injected automatically and the theme is usually detected for you. |
| Blueprint | The older framework. After selecting your Blueprint theme, copy the script shown on the Installation page and paste it into your theme files as instructed. |
If your theme is not in the list, use Submit your template on the same page. Send us the template name and a demo URL and our team will add support for it.
Multi-storefront channels
Storefront Adds the quote widget to the channels you add the script to.
The app supports BigCommerce Multi-Storefront. The script is injected into the channel you installed on; other channels need to be added.
- Open Manage Scripts and find the channel you want to add.
- Click Add Script. The quote widget is injected into that storefront.
- Switch channels with the channel selector in the sidebar to configure settings and view quotes per channel. Channel manager lists them all.
To see every channel's quotes in one table, go to Quotes and click Show all channel quotes.
The storefront widget
How customers request a quote
Storefront This is the customer-facing part of the app: the button, the quote basket and the submission form.
An Add to Quote button appears below Add to Cart on product pages. Clicking it opens the quote widget, where the customer can keep adding products, then enter their details and submit the request. Adding a second product keeps everything already in the quote.
With the New Style widget the customer sees a running total under the product list, which updates as quantities change. It is hidden when Hide All Prices is on. Add to Quote waits until the customer has chosen every required product option.
Widget and button settings
Storefront Changes the button's label and colour, where the quote form appears, and which products can be quoted.
- Quote Widget
- Choose Old Style or New Style. Several newer features, including the running total and the quote page, need New Style.
- Quote Form Location
- Show the quote form as a Floating widget only, a Quote page only (at
/quote-view/on your storefront), or Both.
- Show Quote Button on Product Pages
- Switch off to take quotes from the cart only. The Convert to Quote button in the cart is not affected.
- Allow Quotes on Products That Cannot Be Purchased
- Shows the quote button on products BigCommerce marks as not purchasable, such as call-for-price items. Off by default.
- Quick Add by SKU (Storefront)
- Lets customers paste a list of SKUs and quantities into the quote widget to add several products at once.
- Add to Quote Button Text
- Replaces the default button label. Use whatever your customers expect: Request a price Enquire Add to enquiry.

- Empty Quote Message
- Shown when the customer has no items in their quote.
- Quote Request Submitted Heading
- The heading shown once the customer has submitted.
- Submit Quote Widget Text
- The message under that heading.
- Enable Quotes
- The master switch. Turn this off and the Add to Quote button disappears while the app stays installed.
- Hide All Prices
- Hides product prices from all customers, in the widget and on the quote email. Useful for quote-only pricing.
- Hide Zero Price Products
- Removes the Add to Quote button from products priced at zero.
- Hidden Price Display
- The text shown instead of a price when prices are hidden.
- Restrict Quotes by Customer Group
- Only shows the quote option to signed-in customers. Pick groups under Allowed Customer Groups, or leave it empty to allow any signed-in customer.
For anything the settings do not cover, use Custom CSS in the Settings group of the sidebar to restyle the widget to match your theme.
Quick Add by SKU
Storefront Only when Quick Add by SKU (Storefront) is on. Buyers can then add many products to their quote at once.
Quick Add by SKU adds products to a quote from a list instead of one at a time. Staff can use it in the app. Buyers can use it in the widget once you switch the setting on.
- Click Create a Quote, or open a quote and click Edit Quote.
- Click Quick add by SKU in the add products panel.
- Paste SKUs, one product per line: a SKU on its own (quantity 1), or
SKU, qtyseparated by a comma, tab or semicolon. Or choose Upload CSV: a SKU column and an optional quantity column, header row optional. - Click Preview to check the match, then Add products.
Each paste or CSV takes up to 500 lines. A CSV can be up to 2MB.
Quote Again
Storefront Adds a Quote Again link beside each earlier quote under View My Quotes. Off by default.
Switch on Quote Again in Settings › Quote Behaviour. A buyer can then request a new quote from a previous quote's products, at today's prices, from the quote widget.
Language
Storefront The quote widget, the quote email and the PDF all switch to the chosen language.
Set Language in Settings › Quote Behaviour to English, Español, Français or Deutsch. This covers the default quote email and any custom email body you have written. Wording with no translation yet shows in English. The app itself stays in English.
Working with quotes
The quote list
Storefront Nothing. It is your team's working view.
Quotes sits in the Quotes group of the sidebar. Each tab is the same table filtered to one status, so you can work a stage at a time.
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| All | Every quote on the channel, whatever its status. |
| New | Requests that have come in from the storefront and not yet been picked up. |
| Draft | Quotes saved by your team but not yet sent to the customer. |
| Sent | Quotes emailed to the customer, awaiting a response. |
| Opened | Sent quotes the customer has opened. Useful for timing a follow-up call. |
| In Progress | Quotes your team is working on. |
| Won | Quotes that are Completed or Ordered. |
| Cancelled | Quotes closed off without a sale. |
| Archived | Quotes moved out of the working list. Nothing is deleted. |
Search by quote number, customer, company or email. Narrow the list with My quotes only, Include archived, the All reps filter and the All tags filter. The list loads more quotes as you go; click Load more if it pauses.
Choose your columns
Storefront Nothing. The choice is saved to your own login.
Open the Columns picker on the Quotes list and tick or untick Status, Customer, Rep, Channel, Tags, Phone, Expiry and Total. It saves as you change it, so each person sets up the list their own way. Phone is hidden until you choose it.
Bulk actions
Storefront Nothing, unless you change status to something a customer sees.
Tick the quotes you want, or use Select page. Then choose one of:
- Archive
- Moves every selected quote to Archived.
- Assign to rep
- Pick a rep, then click it. The rep gets one summary email listing all the quotes, not one email each.
- Set status
- Pick Draft, In Progress, Opened, Ordered or Cancelled, then click it.
Export CSV
Storefront Nothing. It downloads a spreadsheet.
Two buttons sit at the top of the Quotes list. Export CSV gives one row per quote. Export CSV (one row per product) gives one row per product line, which suits filtering and pivot tables. Abandoned Carts has its own Export CSV.
Create a quote in the app
Storefront Nothing until you send it. Sending emails the customer their quote.
Quotes do not have to start on the storefront. Click Create a Quote at the top of the sidebar (or New quote on the Quotes list) to build one from scratch. It suits phone and email enquiries.
- Enter the customer's details. Existing customers and companies are matched as you type.
- Assign a sales rep to own the quote.
- Add products. Search your catalogue in the add products panel, or use Quick add by SKU. Pricing comes from BigCommerce, including customer group and price list pricing.
- Adjust the quote. Change quantities and prices in Products in your quote. Totals update as you go.
- Add notes. Customer notes and the message to the customer appear on the quote. Staff notes stay internal.
- Save, preview or send. Save Draft keeps it in your list, Preview emails a copy to an address of your choice, and Send Quote emails the customer.
Saved templates
Storefront Nothing. Templates are for your team.
Save a quote you build often and start the next one from it. The template fills in its products and details for you to adjust.
- Build the quote as normal, then click Save as template next to Quick add by SKU and give it a Template name.
- Start a new quote and click Start from template to pick one.
Quote settings: status, rep, PO number and tags
Storefront Nothing until the quote is sent.
Open a quote and click Edit Quote. The quote options hold the following.
- Status
- Draft In Progress Sent Opened Ordered Cancelled.
- Sales Rep
- Who owns the quote.
- Purchase Order Number
- The buyer's PO number, kept with the quote.
- Tags
- Your own labels, separated by commas. They appear on the Quotes list, where you can filter by them.
Margin on a quote
Storefront Nothing. Buyers never see margin.
The quote editor shows Cost Price and Margin on each line, and a Margin row in the totals. The figure is the true margin: the amount and the percentage of the quote price. It updates as you edit prices. It is for your reps only.
Quote actions
Storefront Only Send Quote and a status change that emails the buyer reach the customer. Preview, print, archive and cancel are internal.
- Send Quote
- Emails the quote and PDF to the customer with a checkout link and moves it to Sent. The app records when they open it.
- Edit Quote
- Opens the quote in the editor.
- Preview Quote
- Shows how the quote appears to the customer.
- Print Quote
- Opens the generated PDF with your logo, colours and terms.
- Duplicate Quote
- Creates a new draft with the same lines. Use it for repeat orders and similar quotes.
- Create Order
- Converts the quote to a BigCommerce order. A quote cannot be turned into an order twice.
- Archive Quote
- Moves the quote out of the working list. The record and its history are kept.
- Cancel Quote
- Closes the quote without a sale. The customer can no longer accept, decline or check out with it.
Quote actions sit under More on the quote.
Activity and revision history
Storefront Nothing, unless Show quote updates to buyers is on.
Open any quote from Quotes. The Activity panel lists everything that has happened to it. Click Show earlier activity for older events.
The Revisions panel keeps earlier versions of the quote each time a sent quote is edited. Click a row to see that version's lines, prices and totals. If buyers can request changes, the panel is titled Revisions & change requests.
Switch on Show quote updates to buyers in Settings › Quote Behaviour and the buyer sees "Updated on" with a short summary of what changed. It is off by default.
Quote numbering
Storefront Nothing on your storefront, but the reference appears on quote emails and PDFs the customer receives.
- Quote Prefix
- Text placed in front of every quote number, for example
Qfor Q-001. Keeps quote references distinct from BigCommerce order numbers.
- ID Increment
- How much the number rises per quote. Leave at 1 for a straight sequence, or raise it if you do not want your quote volume to be obvious.
Buyer replies
Accept, e-sign or decline online
Storefront Buyers get an accept page from the link in their quote email. Off by default.
Switch on Let customers accept or decline quotes online in Settings › Quote Behaviour. The buyer then accepts (and carries on to checkout as normal) or declines with a reason, instead of going straight to checkout. They can add a PO number when they accept. The quote shows who accepted or declined and why. Decline reasons feed the Quote Report. Declined quotes cannot be checked out.
- Let customers accept or decline quotes online
- Turns on the accept and decline page.
- Require an e-signature to accept
- On the accept page the buyer types their full name and ticks an agreement box. Their name, IP address, browser and time are recorded against the quote. If you edit the quote after it was signed, the quote shows that it changed since signing.
- Let buyers request changes to a quote
- On a sent quote the buyer clicks Request a change, ticks lines, and asks for a different quantity or for a line to be removed, with an optional note. It does not change the quote itself. Your rep is emailed and sees the request in the Revisions panel.
- Quote Again
- See Quote Again above.
- Convert to Checkout
- Shows a checkout button against sent and opened quotes in the widget, so customers can turn a quote into an order themselves.
- Show quote updates to buyers
- See Activity and revision history above.
Companies and customers
Companies
Storefront Nothing. Records only.
Every quote is grouped under the company it came from, so you can open a business and see its full quoting history in one place. The list is searchable.
Customers
Storefront Nothing. Records only.
Customers are the individual contacts behind those quotes. Opening a customer shows their details and every quote they have requested. Contact details can be edited here, and corrections carry through to future quotes.
Tools
Abandoned carts
Storefront Nothing. It records quote baskets that were never submitted.
When a customer adds products to the quote widget but never submits the request, the app records it as an abandoned cart. Abandoned Carts lists them with every product the customer chose, so you can pick up a lead that would otherwise be invisible. Convert to Quote turns one into a quote, and Export CSV downloads the list.
- Abandoned Cart Notification Email
- Addresses to email when a customer abandons a cart. Clear the field to stop these emails.
Automatic discounts
Storefront Quotes created from your storefront arrive with the discount already applied, so buyers see it in their quote email.
Automatic Discounts (the Autoquote page) takes one percentage off a base price you choose, before a rep opens the quote. There is one rule per sales channel, checked when a storefront quote is created. Quotes your team builds in the app are not discounted this way. There are no customer-group rules.
- Enable automatic discounts
- Turn off to leave every storefront quote at full price until a rep steps in.
- Calculate discount from
- The base price the percentage is taken off: Product Price, Cost Price, Retail Price, Sale Price or Frontend Price. Frontend Price is not filled in by the catalogue sync, so every product needs a manual price.
- Discount percentage
- Applied to every product except those with a custom price or an exclusion. Click Save discount settings.
- Custom prices
- Give a product an exact price instead of the discount. Search for it, enter the price and click Save custom prices.
- Excluded
- Products that never get the discount, at any percentage. Click Save excluded products.
- Preview
- A sample of products priced as the rule would price them now. Products in red have no price on the chosen base price and need a custom price. The preview does not apply exclusions, which are enforced when a quote is created.
Hide Add to Quote
Storefront The Add to Quote button disappears from the products you tick. They stay fully purchasable.
Not everything in your catalogue should be quotable. Hide Add to Quote in the Tools group removes the button from products you choose. Select a category to load its products, then tick the ones to hide. Hiding on one channel does not hide them on another.
Team and assignment
Rep assignment rules
Storefront Nothing. It decides which user owns each incoming request.
Every new quote goes through three steps in order. The first step that picks a rep decides. Find them in Settings › Assignment & Distribution.
- Region rules. Turn on Assign by region, click Add region, pick a rep and list their states or regions, separated by commas. Click Save regions. Capitals, hyphens and underscores are ignored. Quotes from unmapped places carry on to step 2.
- Automatic assignment. Choose Round robin and tick the reps to include, or Rules. Click Add rule and fill any of Customer groups, Countries, States or provinces, Postcode starts with and Subtotal at least. A blank field matches anything. Rules are checked from the top and the first match wins. When no rule matches, take turns through the round robin reps, or always use one named rep. Click Save rules.
- Default assignment. Used while automatic assignment is off. Load balanced gives each quote to the rep with the fewest open quotes. Manual leaves quotes unassigned until a rep takes one.
Deleted users, and users taken out of quote distribution on Manage Users, are skipped.
Unanswered-quote alerts
Storefront Nothing. Your team gets an email.
- Alert staff on unanswered quotes
- Emails the assigned rep (or the store admin, if nobody is assigned) when a new quote has had no reply for the threshold below. Off by default.
- Alert after (hours)
- How long a quote can sit with no reply before the alert is sent.
- Escalate to store admin
- Also emails the store admin if the quote is still unanswered at twice that threshold.
When a rep's quote becomes an order, they are emailed automatically. If it has no rep, everyone whose Quote Notifications setting is All Quotes is emailed.
Reminder emails
Storefront Nothing on the storefront. Customers receive a reminder email about a quote already sent.
- Reminder Days
- Days before a quote reminder email goes to the customer.
- Reminder Email Content
- The reminder sends this content plus a link to checkout.
Configuration
Settings overview
Storefront Varies by setting. Each section says which.
Settings groups everything into eight sections you can search: Store Profile, General, Quote Behaviour, Storefront & Widget, Branding, Email & SMTP, Assignment & Distribution and Developer.
Quote branding and content
Storefront Brand Color also styles the storefront quote widget buttons. Logo and terms appear on quote PDFs and emails.
- Brand Color
- Your brand colour, entered as hex. Applied to the widget buttons, the quote PDF and the email template.
- Secondary Brand Color
- An accent colour for button borders and links in quote emails and PDFs.
- Terms & Conditions
- Your quoting terms, printed on every quote PDF and email.
- Show Discount Per Line Item
- Choose Yes, show the discounted price on each line to add a discounted unit price column to the quote email and PDF.
- Hide unused quote fields
- Leaves discounts, shipping and tax off the email and PDF when they are zero. Subtotal and total always show.
- Date format in quote request emails
- Choose Month/day/year, Day/month/year, or your BigCommerce store's own date format and timezone. The PDF follows.
Your logo is uploaded under Settings › Store Profile. The email template (Classic Modern Professional Minimal Executive) is chosen under Email & SMTP.
Email delivery
Storefront Nothing on the storefront. Changes the address quotes come from and how they are sent.
By default quotes send through the FreshClick server from quote@freshclick.co.uk, with replies routed using Reply-To. That needs no setup. To send from your own address, pick another Email Provider.
- Email Provider
- The list is in alphabetical order and you can type to search it. Providers include Amazon SES Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) MailerSend Resend Gmail, GSuite Microsoft 365 (OAuth) and Custom SMTP server. Each preset fills in the host, port and protocol for you.
- SMTP Host
- Your mail server's hostname.
- Port
- Usually 587 for TLS or 465 for SSL.
- Protocol
- The encryption your server expects.
- Email Address
- The address quotes are sent from. It normally has to match the authenticated mailbox.
- Password
- The account password, or an app password if your provider requires one.
- Test Email Settings
- Click Send test email to check the settings. Save your changes first. The result shows on the same page.
us-east-1 in the SMTP host with your region, and use SMTP credentials from the SES console, not your AWS keys.
Send from Microsoft 365
Storefront Nothing. Quote emails come from your own Microsoft mailbox.
Choose Microsoft 365 (OAuth) as the Email Provider and sign in with the mailbox your quotes should come from. No mailbox password is stored. Until you sign in, emails keep sending with your current settings. Your Microsoft 365 administrator must have Authenticated SMTP turned on for that mailbox. If you later switch provider, enter its details again.
Notification emails
Storefront Nothing.
- Email Subject Prefix
- Text placed before the quote number in email subjects, so quotes are easy to filter in a shared inbox.
- New Quote Notification Email
- Addresses emailed when a new quote comes in. Separate several with commas. The email is titled "New quote request" with the quote number.
- Quote BCC Recipients
- Addresses blind-copied on every quote email. Useful for a sales archive or a CRM drop-box.
- New Quote Email Content
- Custom copy for the new quote notification. Leave empty to show quote details.
- Quote Confirmation Email Content
- Custom copy sent to customers when their quote is confirmed. Leave empty to show quote details.
Spam protection
Storefront Quote requests that match are turned away. All three are off until you set them.
- Allowed email domains
- Only accept quote requests from these domains, separated by commas. Leave empty to accept any valid address.
- Blocked emails
- Refuse requests from these addresses or domains. A domain also blocks its subdomains.
- Require at least one product
- Refuses a request with nothing in the quote cart. Leave off if buyers send enquiries that only describe the product in the comments.
Product sync
Storefront Quote pricing and product search match your current catalogue. Quotes already created keep their pricing.
Product Sync pulls your BigCommerce data into the app so quotes are priced from current catalogue data. Depending on catalogue size a full sync takes from about a minute to an hour.
The first sync runs during installation and repeats automatically every 24 hours. Run a manual sync from Product Sync in the Settings group after making significant changes in BigCommerce. The page shows what is synced and when it last ran:
- Products: names, SKUs, prices and stock.
- Categories: your category structure.
- Product options: options and variants available on quotes.
- SKUs: variant-level codes and pricing.
- Rules: price and option rules that affect quoted totals.
Store information
Storefront Nothing on the storefront. These details print on quote documents and emails.
Fill in Store Info before sending your first quote. It makes the PDF look like your paperwork. The same company details also appear under Settings › Store Profile.
- Store Link
- Your storefront URL, linked from quote emails and documents.
- Secure Cart Link
- Your secure cart URL, used when a customer converts an accepted quote into a purchase.
- Support Email

Custom CSS
Storefront Your CSS is applied to the quote widget for all customers.
Adds your own CSS to the storefront quote widget. Use it to match fonts, spacing and button styles to your theme when the built-in settings are not enough. If you would rather we did it, raise a support ticket with a link to the page.
API access
Storefront Nothing. It lets your own systems create quotes.
Under Settings › Developer, the API Key authenticates requests that create quotes. Click Show to read it, or Regenerate to replace it. The old key stops working immediately.
Integrations
Integrations sit in the Tools group of the sidebar: Active Campaign, Asana, Basecamp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Monday.com, QuickBooks, Trello, Zendesk and Zoho.
HubSpot
Storefront Nothing. Quote submissions are copied into your CRM.
Sends quote submissions into HubSpot so your CRM stays in step with the quoting pipeline. Connect your HubSpot account on the HubSpot page, then map quote fields onto your HubSpot properties. Anything you do not map is not sent. If a store has an older HubSpot key, only the HubSpot step is skipped and the quote still goes through.
Zoho CRM
Storefront Nothing. Quote submissions are copied into your CRM.
Sends quote submissions into Zoho CRM. Connect through the app so the OAuth redirect and CRM scopes are set up correctly, then choose how records are created. The page also shows connection status and the Zoho API logs.
- Send quote submissions to
- Create submissions as Zoho Leads or Contacts.
- Duplicate handling
- Create a new CRM record every time or Update existing record by email, so a repeat enquiry updates the record instead of creating a second.

Klaviyo
Storefront Nothing. New quote requests are sent to a Klaviyo list.
- Open Integrations › Klaviyo and turn on Send quote requests to Klaviyo.
- Enter your Private API key. It is masked until you click Show.
- Choose a Klaviyo list and click Save settings.
Your account
Users and roles
Storefront Nothing. It controls app access and who gets assigned quotes.
Manage Users sits in the account menu. Click Invite people to add a colleague by email and set their role. They receive an invitation to create their own account. Each user can be included in or excluded from quote distribution, so support staff can have access without being handed quotes to work.
Two-factor sign-in
Storefront Nothing. It protects sign-in to the app.
- Click Profile and scroll to Two-Factor Authentication.
- Turn it on and scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password and others).
- Enter the 6-digit code the app shows to confirm.
From then on, sign-in asks for the code after your password. To turn it off, enter a current code and click Disable Two-Factor. If someone loses their phone, an admin can clear their two-factor on Manage Users with Reset 2FA.
Profile
Storefront Nothing.
Your own name, contact details, two-factor sign-in and password. Passwords can also be reset from the login page if you are locked out.
Billing
Storefront Indirectly. If a payment fails the quote widget stops displaying until the invoice is settled.
Billing in the account menu shows your plan, add-ons, invoices and card. If a payment fails, use Pay now to settle the outstanding invoice and bring the app back online.
Pricing and subscription
Packages
Pricing is based on the number of products in your store. The correct package is assigned automatically, so there is nothing to choose.
| Package | Products | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Package 1 | 0 – 599 | £14.99 |
| Package 2 | 600 – 1,999 | £24.99 |
| Package 3 | 2,000 – 4,999 | £34.99 |
| Package 4 | 5,000 – 7,999 | £44.99 |
| Package 5 | 12,000 – 17,999 | £59.99 |
| Package 6 | 18,000 – 29,999 | £64.99 |
| Package 7 | 30,000 – 79,999 | £74.99 |
| Package 8 | 70,000 – 149,000 | £84.99 |
| Package 9 | 150,000+ | £84.99 |
How billing works
Payment is taken as soon as you subscribe, and monthly on the same date after that. If your product count moves you into a different package, the package changes automatically — you are only charged for the time spent on each one, calculated at the end of the month.
If a payment fails, the app stops displaying on your store and you will get an email asking you to pay the outstanding invoice. Settling it restores the app immediately.
Cancelling
Uninstall the app to cancel. That triggers a confirmation email; confirming it closes the subscription. If the email does not arrive, contact support and we will close it for you.
Getting help
Support PIN
Every app screen shows a Support PIN in the sidebar. Include it when you raise a ticket. It lets us open your store's configuration directly instead of asking you for details.
Change log
The Change Log page lists what has shipped, so you can check whether an issue you hit has already been addressed.
Contact us
Raise a ticket from the Support link in the app sidebar, or email support@freshclick.co.uk. Tell us your store hash, your support PIN, and the URL of a page showing the problem.
