- Draft– Quote created but not sent to the customer
- Sent– Quote sent to the customer
- Opened– Customer has received the quote and clicked the check out link
- Completed– Customer has clicked the checkout link and has purchased the items
- Archived– Customer quotes can be archived for records purposes or can re-use them at a later date.
