Once you have created quote you can access it via the side bar on the home page. Click all quotes and then select a specific quote.
Quote actions
At the top of the screen you will see the following buttons. These buttons allow you to do a variety of things with the quote:
- Send quote – Sends the quote to the customer
- Email preview- Send the quote to a specific email address to be checked or reviewed eg, a managers email
- Edit quote- Allows you to edit details on the quote
- Archive quote- Will archive it in case needed in the future
- Delete quote- Deletes the quote completely
Customer details
Provides an over view of the customers contact details
Additional information
Details of the quote including: its status, date, total, sales rep
Products
Details of the products included in the quote
Quote total
Prices used on the quote and its total
