Terms and Conditions


The terms and conditions described below apply to all use of the FreshClick website and all services available through the website. By using the FreshClick website and any of our BigCommerce apps you agree to be bound by these terms, so please read this Agreement carefully before using the FreshClick website and services.

FreshClick has the sole discretion to change or replace any part of this agreement You are responsible for periodically checking this agreement for any changes. Any new Service additions or enhancements are subject to these Terms of Service. You consent to any such changes by continuing to use the FreshClick service.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate any of the terms described below.


You are required to sign in to your FreshClick account either through your BigCommerce store or through our website www.freshclick.co.uk in order to use FreshClick. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us of any security breach as soon as possible. FreshClick will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to comply with this security obligation.

Accounts registered by automated methods are not allowed. You must be a real person to use this service.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Free trials are only eligible once per store, we have the right to cancel free trials or extend them at a request.

You may not use the FreshClick for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in your usage of the FreshClick service.


You are billed in a monthly/yearly billing cycle and the credit card we have on record for you is charged automatically. Payments are non-refundable, so there will be no refunds for any reason, such as cancelling your account or downgrading your plan. Any such changes to your account will be effective on your next billing cycle.

When you subscribe from the free trial to a paid plan, you will be billed immediately since your monthly subscription cycle begins immediately after you upgrade.

For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, the new rate will take effect from the time of the email sent to you notifying of the package change and your credit card will be automatically charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.


You can cancel your account at any time by uninstalling the app. If you have a subscription an email will be sent out asking you to confirm cancellation. All your content and profile information will be deleted from the FreshClick Service immediately upon uninstallation and cannot be recovered once it is deleted.

If you cancel your account before the end of your current billing cycle, you will not be charged after the end of the current billing cycle.

FreshClick has the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without cause and with or without notice at any time If your account is terminated, all content and profile information will be immediately deleted and you will no longer have access to your account. FreshClick reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.


FreshClick reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the FreshClick Service with or without notice.

Prices and features of all plans are subject to change with 30 days notice from us. We can provide such a notice by posting changes to the FreshClick Site or the FreshClick Service.

FreshClick will not be liable to you or anyone for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the FreshClick Service.


You retain all intellectual property rights over all content in your account. Your profile and any material materials uploaded also remains yours.

FreshClick has the right in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available through the FreshClick Service.


The FreshClick service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

FreshClick uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the FreshClick Service.

If you choose to use the FreshClick website and service, you consent to the transfer and storage of any content and other profile information on servers located in the United States and United Kingdom.

We may remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any content of a destructive nature.

FreshClick does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make every effort to ensure that it will satisfy your requirements and expectations, but make no promises in this regard.

FreshClick cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if the FreshClick service was functioning.

The failure of FreshClick to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This Terms of Service supersedes any prior agreements or prior versions of Terms of Service between you and FreshClick. You agree that these Terms of Service and your use of the FreshClick Service are governed under United Kingdom law.

If you choose to provide FreshClick with your information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States or the United Kingdom.
