Email Notifications

To enable a new user to receive email notifications you will need to enable the app on the user through BigCommerce by going to:

BigCommerce > Account Settings > Users.

Edit the user you want to give access

Under the heading Single Click Apps click on the checkbox next to Uptime Monitor by FreshClick and click save.

The user will then appear in the Email Notification page and start receiving emails.
